you heard it here it is official we decided to pull the supercharger off and going to fab. a killer twin turbo build is in the works stay tuned for more details and build picts.

The goal here is 700rwhp. and 20mpg and everyday driver reliability! track time,auto crossing,road trips here we come!

First time show in America. Hosted at Brainerd international raceway in Minnesota. We went to the show not having any idea of what to expect. The trip up was a nightmare we pulled the pop up camper with the Belair with the bikes strapped to the back of the camper. the temps were in the high 90′s with not a cloud in the sky we did not even get 50 miles out when the trailer started bucking violently from side to side if we went anything over 55 mph.Then the fuel pump started to vapor lock the car died on the side of the road about 5 or 6 times packing ice around the pump would buy us about another twenty miles. A two and a half hr. drive turned into a 10 hr nightmare! My wife was not in a good mood at all the kids were also not so happy. Then we were shocked at the ticket prices there was a misunderstanding we thought when we pre registered at back to the fifties show we thought 130$ was the camping the car and the people in it . Wrong they wanted another 90$ apiece !I thought this was going to be a family event.$ 130 for the car and driver+90+90+90 wholy crap $400 for a weekend of play kind of nuts,but we were finaly there and the was no turning back now! set up camp and then passed out from exsaustion. soon to be woke up to a huge thunder and lightining storm mixed with huge winds five and a half inches of rain fell overnight and everything was like a big lake the car was parked in about 4 inches of water. Thinking to my self this is awesome. NOT! this sucks and nobody was in a good mood. we headed out to the track praying the fuel pump would work well it did and we had a frickin blast. we left the clamp on trailer mirrors on the car for entertainment purposes only the open cruising event turned into a full all out road race we had 4 people in the car ripping around the track passing people and just having a ball.lots to do and see burn out shows drifting,power skids,bikini contest.everyones mood was getting better by the minute there was not alot of people at this first time event so there was no waiting around for any event the day ended on a positive note and everyone had a great time. Later that night a trailer load of people showed up to check out the car a few of them were on the track earlier that day getting passed by a big orange belair with 4 people in the car and they were impressed and entertained at the same time.The car ran and handled awesome! sun.was a different story we went to head out on the track to get some videos on the road track driving experience and more gremlins showed up to the party the rear brakes started grinding and hanging up after scratching my head trying to figure out why they were grinding put some spacers in to center the pad basket better and went for a test drive and found out why fast! hit the gas and sheared the pinion shaft in half! huh thats bad! my nephew that came with us won a pair of subs.from a raffle ticket and shortly after we won the cruise event trophy and a hundred bucks. this helped with the towing bill to have the car hauled home on.What an adventure met some really fun and intresting people along the way. the event was really fun just a bit out of hand price wise hope they figure it out for next year because we would like to go try it again. Hopefully with a new rear end and more power!

Here is some photos of one of my favorite shows in the world. hope we saw you there. the weather kind of sucked this year with lots of rain but still fun nevertheless it was still fun met a lot of interesting people and the caliber of cars is just mind blowing. almost 12,000 reg cars.I am kind of diggin the rat rod thing!

Whats the deal with the writing on the bealir? Ok so its been awhile since i have updated the site with progress picts. Here is the story on why..I bought the belair painted this way and decided to replace the drive train of the belair to modernize the whole running gear to bring it up to today’s standards and drive ability of a modern day muscle car.after mocking up the car with the new drive train,suspension,steering and brakes. I made the decision to drive the car and work out any issues that might need some attention Before doing any body work .after driving the car I decided to keep driving the car and work on it and keep it drivable as long as possible. Being a custom paint and body guy everyone thought when I started driving the car it was done and I painted it! DDDOOOOOO THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED!! I did a little thinking and thought what if I gave other people opportunity to add there suggestions

of what I should do to the car next.I thought this would be a great way for people to see how creative they can be.thus creating some interaction between myself as a builder and some people with some creative ideas.I have been side tracked on working on finishing my shop,roofing my garage and my house and building a bicycle with my son Austin now its time to get cracking!! check back for I will be updating often.

back home from the sema show . What an exhausting trip.spent three days repainting the base to put Austin’s bike on for the display the most complicated paint job ever but it turned out so sweet super 3d looking real fire and flakes.to bad it was lost in storage at the show so no body got to see it days without sleep got everything loaded up in jon kosmoski’s trailer and ready to go. Went in his shop and looked at him and the car I could just tell instantly that things were not going so well so just jumped in and started jamming to help get his car together . never got more then 4 hrs of sleep a night the whole time.the show was awesome as always like the biggest candy store ever for grown ups.went on the zip line down the middle of freemont st.and did the rides on the top of the Stratosphere that was awesome!hung out with everyone from house of kolor,met and talked with mike Lavallee and Craig frazier both big inspirations to me. Still just exhausted! now its time to finish the paint booth and the rest of the shop.and maybe some day work on cars again!check out the sema picts.still more to come.

just a little change to the face of the shop.

going like hell to finish the roof,siding,and remodel.been a terrible month and a half mosoon rains,95f and 95%humidity and super busy at my normal job to boot.hope to post up picts soon.
